Dear Alex and Joe,
I hope all is well. Now that the waters are temporarily calm, I would like to let you know how special it was having you at Jack’s graduation party. We appreciate very much that you opened your home’s doors and welcomed all of us for another party! Everyone had a great time!
I also want to thank you for giving Jack support, friendship, advice, patience, amazing meals, birthday parties, Easter parties, car lifts, cooking lessons…and so many other things that I can’t think of right now. You made his 4 years at the Naval Academy much more meaningful, and smoother despite the many challenges. More importantly, you taught Jack and us the importance of selfless giving, something that you so naturally do by sponsoring Naval Academy Midshipmen.
May God bless you for all the young lives you helped shape in the right direction, offering care and good advice, and for the peace of mind that you give to their families back home.
I am very proud of Jack’s achievements and the beginning of his next chapter as a Naval Officer. I am very excited about Raymond joining the Naval Academy this month and pray that he will do well on his academics and military training. Knowing that you will give him the right advice when he reaches out is very important to me.

Scott and I are truly grateful for having met both of you. You awakened our senses to an Annapolis that we may not have discovered on our own. It was simply magical…Everything! We are both still bragging about how special we were treated…though I am sure all are treated with your graciousness in the same way, you sure did make us feel like a part of your family. “Blessed”, is what we feel, and we have told all of our friends and family about you and your incredibly beautiful Inn. Tripadvisor Review: What a great Inn and perfect location
We spent the July 4th holiday weekend at the Inn and had a wonderful time. The Inn is in a wonderfully central location for all of the downtown activities – seafood, shopping, and walking through all of this famously historic town. The Inn itself is a perfect setup with a very well appointed and elegant room, and spacious dining and living rooms for gathering. The best part is the innkeepers – they were wonderfully attentive and very engaging. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat.

Also, the breakfasts were so delicious and enjoyable. Your inn is without a doubt the best Bed & Breakfast that we have ever experienced (and we have experienced many). Tripadvisor Review: Memorial service at the USNA
We stayed for 3 nights in the Murray suite. The room is gorgeous, full of beautiful antiques, but very comfortable and “unstuffy”. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the inn, especially Joe and Alex. The house is beautiful, the location is prime, and the breakfasts were great. You can walk anywhere you want to go, so you don’t need a car, and the USNA is just around the corner. We had some wonderful meals at nearby restaurants, all recommended by our hosts. Joe and Alex go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!
Tripadvisor Review: Fabulous inn and wonderful hosts!
We traveled to Annapolis to attend the powerboat show in mid-October. The inn was the perfect location, literally only minutes away from the show entrance. Shopping, dining, and sightseeing are also easy walks from the inn. The history of the area is truly amazing as is the inn itself. Innkeepers Joe and Alex could not have been more hospitable and gracious. Their knowledge of the area, their great stories, and their outstanding service made our stay most enjoyable. They also went the extra mile to assist us when we had car trouble as we were ready to depart. Needless to say, the next time we visit Annapolis, we will be staying at the Annapolis Inn. And we can’t wait!
TripAdvisor Review: Classy, Elegant, Fantastic Inn. Superb Hosts!
We traveled to Annapolis to visit family in April 2018. The Inn is in a perfect location, very quiet and comforting, but very close to the harbor and downtown sights, restaurants, shops and the US Naval Academy. All within easy walking, we did not need a rental car. Alex and Joe were the perfect hosts! Very helpful and always available to answer questions, give recommendations, make reservations, etc. Breakfast food and chats with the innkeepers were real treats. We felt like we were sitting as very special guests in their home. The Annapolis Inn provides a warm, welcoming respite in our busy lives and world. We most strongly recommend a stay in this gem of an inn. As world travelers, we have stayed in numerous bed and breakfasts and small inns and feel that Annapolis Inn is at the top of our list. We SHALL RETURN!!! Thanks, Joe and Alex, for a memorable stay, we shall always treasure.
